How do I get access to my portal?

Your property manager sends you an invitation email. Click the link in that email, choose a password, and you're in. If you haven't received an invite, contact your landlord or property manager directly.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Is paying rent online safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Bank transfers (ACH) are free; card payments may include a small processing fee.

What happens after I submit a maintenance request?

Your property manager is notified immediately. They'll review it and, if approved, assign a professional. You'll receive email updates when the request is assigned and again when it's marked complete. You can also check the status anytime in your portal.

Can I access my portal on my phone?

Yes. The portal is fully mobile-responsive and works in any modern browser — Safari, Chrome, Firefox. No app download required.

What if I moved out but still have access?

Contact your property manager. They manage your account access. Your data is retained for record-keeping purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

My landlord doesn't use Task Manage — can I still sign up?

The tenant portal is invite-only and set up by your property manager. If your landlord isn't using Task Manage yet, you can encourage them to visit taskmanage.net to sign up.
